This U.S grants this visa to people who have received an acceptance letter from a U.S-based college or university. Applicants must show proof of enrollment. They must attend at least 18-hours a week of instruction each week. Classes must be conducted in the English language.

A Media Visa is granted to people who work for a foreign media outlet. The person applying for this visa must have an office in their home country. Their allowed time in the United States is minimal compared to other non-immigrant visas. This visa has a limited purpose. In many cases, a Visitors’ Visa or a Temporary Work Visa is a better fit.
